Denise M Corcoran
has over 30 years experience in challenging roles requiring superior Customer Service and Process Improvement skills, including 12 years managing GlaxoSmithKline's Product and Withdrawals Over-the-Counter Medicines and Pharmaceutical Rx to OTC products.  Product recalls require exceptional communication and process planning skills through the end-to-end supply chain. 

Denise is a
Certified Business Consultant, Certified International Project Manager CIPM®, and Master Project Manager MPM®, as well as, AAPM® Honorary Global Advisory Board Member. Her undergraduate degree is from Robert Morris University in Computer Science and Accounting, and Masters work with the Duquesne University's Leadership and Business Ethics Program.

Denise has presented to audiences across the United States training best practices in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industry.
